简历:

        郑明辉,中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员,博士生导师。郑明辉研究员长期从事二恶英类持久性有机污染物(POPs)的环境行为、排放特征与生成机理研究。建立了溴代二恶英、多氯萘、毒杀芬和短链氯化石蜡等痕量POPs的分析方法,对典型工业生产过程中非故意产生的POPs的排放特征与生成机制进行了系统研究,针对废弃物焚烧二恶英类排放开发了阻滞剂和污染控制技术。目前主持国家自然科学基金国际合作(NSFC-UNEP)项目、973项目、863课题、中国科学院先导专项课题等。已发表SCI论文150余篇,获得国家发明专利10余项。

 

社会任职:

        环境化学与生态毒理学国家重点实验室副主任。中国化学会环境化学专业委员会副主任,中国环境科学学会环境化学分会副主任,中国毒理学会分析毒理专业委员会副主任。863计划环境与健康保障技术主题专家组召集人,目前还担任斯德哥尔摩公约全球POPs监测亚太区域协调委员会负责人,联合国环境规划署暨斯德哥尔摩公约秘书处POPs监测全球协调委员会委员,联合国环境规划署全球二恶英类污染源清单调查特聘专家。
